 ·        All universities in the world that are concerned with sustainability issues can participate in the annual UI Green-Metric classification, as this classification is aimed at greening universities and the sustainability of the campus and therefore registration is free of charge.

 ·        The best definition of sustainability is to avoid over-depleting natural resources in order to maintain environmental balance. Based on sustainability and its importance in conserving natural resources and environmental balance, the entry of Iraqi universities into the UI Green-Metrics classification is an important criterion in the preservation of the Iraqi environment and the beginning of Iraq's societal structure with the global sustainability revolution.
