One of the units of the Headquarter of the University, which is directly linked to the Office of the President of the University, is an important unit at the University level because it plays an important role in communicating with colleges and centers through all the tasks performed by the Unit.

 

Tasks of the Unit Director:   

 

1- Follow-up on the implementation of the policy designed to achieve the Unit's objectives in line with the University's policy and objectives.

2- Follow-up on the implementation of the scientific directives issued by the President.

3- Composition of the administrative and organizational structure of the Unit and determination of the functions of all members of the Unit.

4- Meeting periodically with members of the Unit.

5- Technical and administrative supervision of the personnel of the unit.

6- Follow up on the functioning of the Unit and take the necessary measures for its regularity and discipline.

7- Meeting periodically with quality assurance coordinators from faculty members representing the faculty departments of the quality assurance unit.

 

Vision:

 

Work to provide new systems, policies, procedures and methods to follow up on scientific tasks that contribute to the development of the Unit's work and the achievement of its aims.

 

 

 

Message: 

Follow-up and accomplish the urgent scientific mission through administrative follow-up with the internal bodies of the University, or the relevant external bodies, by activating the use of technology and electronic communication and exchanging information through modern and different communication channels.

 

Aims: 

1-Expedite the timely completion of scientific tasks as required by the interest of work.

2-Identify the shortcomings, if any, and propose appropriate solutions for achieving important and urgent scientific topics.

3- Improving and developing the functioning of the Unit.

 

Aims of the Unit:    

 

1- Follow-up of transactions that the President directs to follow up within the University in accordance with the priority and degree of importance, taking into account the time required for each subject.

2- Follow-up on urgent and significant transactions received by the General Office.

3- Making reminders of topics requiring the compilation of information and the preparation of reports for the report.

4- Follow-up of letters on the Unit's functions received by the President's Office.

5- Development and improvement of follow-up programs and systems.

6- To provide the President with follow-up work and follow-up results on an ongoing basis.
